I'm an awful fisherman....in part because nothing gets me out of bed before 10am on weekends. But when I'm awake, I have pretty quick reflexes 
But at night we have lots of feeder carp visit us at our dock, so I basically cheated and scooped one out with a net. Released after the pic was taken of course.
